Our Tonneau Covers are made of Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP), which is highly impact-resistant and stays cooler in heat compared to aluminum. The FRP upper and lower skins provide superior rigidity over aluminum materials, increased scratch-resistance, and higher impact-resistance.

The Polypropylene (PP) Honeycomb core creates a strong load-bearing structure while reducing weight. Our Tonneau Cover has a surface load-bearing capacity of 350lbs, significantly better than older designs made of aluminum or fiberglass. The slim design allows for maximum under tonne storage capacity.
